About The Position

Servitium Wealth Management is seeking a Paraplanner to join a growing, client-focused advisory practice. This role is designed for someone with foundational industry experience who can step in quickly, support advisors, and deliver a high-quality client experience. This is not an entry-level opportunity. The ideal candidate brings prior exposure to wealth management workflows and is looking to grow within a practice—progressing in responsibility, developing technical skills, and potentially moving toward an advisory path over time. Requirements

  • 1 - 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of client service and operational workflows
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • FINRA licenses (Series 7 and/or 66) or willingness to obtain within 12 months
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g., MoneyGuide)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction
  • Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow within the industry

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for client service needs
  • Communicate with clients regarding account activity, follow-ups, and requests
  • Support advisors in delivering a seamless and responsive client experience
  • Process new business, account opening, and ongoing account maintenance
  • Handle client confirmations and service-related requests
  • Coordinate with custodians and internal partners to resolve issues
  • Prepare client meeting materials and documentation
  • Support pre- and post-meeting workflows, including follow-ups and task tracking
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, MoneyGuide, and eMeeting (preferred)
  • Ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards
