Requirements

  • Prior financial services or paraplanning experience
  • Strong attention to detail and a love of process
  • Comfort with trading workflows, money movement, and/or insurance applications
  • A curious mind and eagerness to learn new technology
  • A calm presence and excellent communication skills
  • Appreciation for CRM/Salesforce

Nice To Haves

  • Series 7, Series 63, and FL 2-15 licensing, preferred but not required
  • College degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Money Movement Process: ACHs, wires, transfers, and all things money‑in‑motion
  • Verify documentation and ensure compliance accuracy
  • Maintain detailed tracking because “close enough” is not how we roll
  • Trading & Portfolio Support: Execute trades and support portfolio rebalancing
  • Partner with advisors to ensure seamless trade workflows
  • Insurance & Annuity Case Support: Prepare, submit, and track insurance and annuity applications
  • Communicate with carriers to keep cases moving
  • Ensure clients understand next steps with clarity and confidence
  • New Client Onboarding: Gather and prepare all required documents
  • Set up accounts, transfer assets, and coordinate welcome processes
  • Help deliver a legendary “first impression” client experience
  • Client Service Excellence: Assist with meeting preparation
  • Respond to client questions with warmth, professionalism, and precision
  • Support scheduling, forms, account maintenance, and follow‑ups
