About The Position
Prime Wealth, an established Ameriprise Financial practice located in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join their team. This in-office role is designed for a detail-oriented financial services professional with experience in trading, reporting, and operational support who enjoys ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will thrive behind the scenes and possess a strong foundation in financial services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a financial services firm, ideally within an Ameriprise or similar practice
- Licensed (Series 7 and 66 preferred), or willingness to obtain licensing for the right candidate
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with trading platforms, CRM systems, and financial documentation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings
- Execute trades, manage money movement, and process transactions
- Monitor and respond to key action items from the home office
- Review and maintain client reports and documentation
- Support overall practice operations to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Provide light practice management support (non-people management)
