About The Position
HealthCARE Express is seeking a dependable, compassionate full-time Paramedic for its Sherwood, Arkansas clinic. The role provides hands-on patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting, working alongside providers and a supportive clinical team. It offers a more structured and predictable schedule than ambulance work while continuing to use clinical skills. Initial training may take place at the Texarkana, Texas location before transitioning to the Sherwood clinic. The schedule is 3–4 shifts per week, with 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Saturdays rotate, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; the clinic is closed Sundays. Pay is $25.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Current Arkansas Paramedic certification or licensure.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Comfort using electronic medical records and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and IV therapy as directed.
- Obtain and document vital signs.
- Perform venipuncture.
- Assist with lab testing and diagnostic procedures.
- Prepare patients for exams and treatments.
- Help maintain patient flow.
- Complete accurate documentation.
- Support daily clinic operations and adapt to changing needs.
