About The Position
Performs specialized life sustaining procedures in a hospital-based advance care ambulance service. Responsible for providing immediate emergency care and transport of the critically ill or injured under direction of medical control physician.
Requirements
- Current EMS certification from the State of Iowa.
- BLS (CPR) and ACLS certified
- PALS certified or obtained within 6 months of employment
- Valid driver’s license
- Current operational level Hazmat training within 1 year of onboarding.
- Successful completion of ICS 100 and ICS 200 within 3 months of employment
