About The Position
A beautiful community healthcare facility located near Butte, MT is seeking a full-time Paramedic to join its team. This is a full-time, permanent position with two, 24-hour shifts per week. The role offers opportunity for overtime and extra shifts, and you will be working with great administrative and department leadership teams. The Paramedic provides appropriate, efficient, and timely pre-hospital advanced, intermediate, and basic life support. This includes the safe transfer of patients and patient information to receiving personnel at the hospital destination. The Paramedic also completes thorough documentation and gathering of patient information, and conducts regular unit inventory and equipment testing.
Requirements
- National and/or state certification as a Paramedic
- Current BLS and ACLS
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a large vehicle in normal or adverse conditions
Responsibilities
- Provides appropriate, efficient, and timely pre-hospital advanced, intermediate, and basic life support
- Provides safe transfer of patient and patient information to the receiving personnel at the hospital destination
- Completes thorough documentation and gathering of patient information
- Conducts regular unit inventory and equipment testing
