About The Position
HealthCARE Express is hiring a full-time Paramedic in Longview, Texas. The Paramedic works alongside providers to care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced urgent care environment. The role involves hands-on patient care, supporting clinic operations, and working with the clinic team to provide a positive patient experience. Compensation is $25 per hour. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, including some Saturdays. Newly hired team members may be required to attend a four-day onboarding training session in Texarkana, Texas.

Responsibilities
- Obtain vital signs.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
- Perform EKGs, venipuncture, specimen collection, and routine lab testing.
- Administer medications within the scope of practice.
- Start IVs.
- Assist with wound care and minor procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Work with providers and clinic teammates to support smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.
