About The Position

As a NARMC Paramedic, you’ll assess, treat, and transport patients, oversee shift operations, and coordinate closely with ER physicians and charge nurses. Requirements

  • Valid Class D driver’s license
  • EMT-Paramedic certification
  • BLS and ACLS
  • Ongoing CE per level

  • Prior EMS leadership or shift lead experience

Responsibilities

  • Determine patient condition, deliver on-scene treatment or transport with physician-directed care, and ensure equipment and shift readiness.
  • Ensure shift coverage and daily operational readiness; maintain EMS supplies/equipment.
  • Operate emergency vehicles safely; model professionalism and public relations.
  • Collaborate with ER physicians and charge nurses; communicate effectively in high-stress environments.
