About The Position
A medical facility about an hour north of Grand Forks, ND is seeking a full-time Paramedic to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with on-call and weekend shift pay differentials. There is potential for overtime and extra shifts. The Paramedic assesses critical situations, provides advanced life support, administers life-saving medications, and stabilizes patients while transporting them to the hospital within the surrounding community. This is an excellent opportunity for newly certified Paramedics seeking to make an impact within a rural health setting.
Requirements
- Must possess an NREMT certification
- Must be a licensed Paramedic in the State of North Dakota or eligible to obtain prior to hire
- Must be BLS, ACLS, and PALS certified prior to hire
Responsibilities
- Assesses critical situations
- Provides advanced life support
- Administers life-saving medications
- Stabilizes patients while transporting them to hospital
