About The Position

LifeLine Ambulance is seeking a Full-Time Paramedic to join their Primary 911 Response System in Wenatchee Valley, Okanogan Valley, and Grant County. This role offers the opportunity to practice and challenge your skills as a Paramedic. Requirements

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 100lbs.
  • Ability to pass Washington State drivers check.
  • Operate and maintain emergency medical apparatus and equipment.
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Ability to interpret local ALS protocols, company policies and procedures, and apply them in specific situations.
  • Active Washington State EMT-Paramedic Certification with DOH/or completed Paramedic Training and awaiting agency affiliation to complete certification
  • Current AHA healthcare provider CPR, ACLS, PALS
  • Maintain/Possess current Washington State driver’s license
  • Job entails interrupted sleep, walking, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and twisting/turning, manual dexterity, frequent lifting, use of keyboard and hand/eye coordination. Job also requires normal hearing, vision and speaking abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • EMT-Paramedic experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information.
  • Reports verbally and in writing/electronically, their observation and emergency medical care of the patient at the emergency scene and in transit, to the receiving medical facility staff for purposes of records and diagnostics.
  • Assume responsibility for EMS scene in the absence of higher level staff, provide direction and supervision to other employees at an emergency medical scene; provides and directs advance life support patient care and transport.
