About The Position
Performs difficult technical work rescuing and transporting the sick and the injured, administering emergency medical care at the EMT-Paramedic level, assisting with the training, mentoring and evaluation of new and existing emergency medical technicians, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Emergency Medical Services Paramedic Crew Chief and Emergency Medical Services Paramedic Supervisor.
Requirements
- Associates/Technical degree with coursework in emergency medical services, or related field
- Three to five years' experience working as a paramedic
