Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Paramedic FFL Critical Care Transport and member of the Flight Crew, you will assist in meeting the physical and emotional needs of critically ill and injured patients, while promoting the safe and efficient operation of Flight For Life. Every day you will provide advanced critical care during transport, perform complex assessments and interventions, administer specialized medications, operate advanced medical equipment, and ensure adherence to safety protocols for Flight For Life operations. To be successful in this role, you will possess your Paramedic certification with critical care endorsement, advanced clinical skills in critical care transport, the ability to perform under extreme pressure, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety and the efficient operation of critical transport services.
