Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years Experience as a Paramedic
- 2 years Experience in EMS education or training
- Licensed Paramedic (PARA) - State Licensing Board IN Department of Homeland Security
- Paramedic (PARA) - State Licensing Board
- Primary Instructor Certification
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association

Responsibilities
- Assist with the coordination of the EMT and Paramedic program, including conducting interviews, policies, syllabi, and student clinicals.
- Prepare educational lesson planning and delivery of lessons.
- Track student grades, attendance, and progress, utilizing data to inform educational strategies and address remediation and disciplinary concerns.
- Ensure effective teaching methodologies, testing, and remediation efforts are in place to support student success.
- Foster relationships with various hospital departments to align EMS education with clinical practice and healthcare standards.
- Coordinate the maintenance and availability of classroom and lab equipment and supplies, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
