About The Position

Expedia Group is a global travel company that connects travelers, partners, and advertisers through its consumer brands, B2B network, and travel advertising business. The Corporate Administration Team is responsible for managing over 150 legal entities in more than 50 countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and managing corporate governance. As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing Expedia Group’s legal entities globally, ensuring subsidiaries are properly maintained, compliance obligations are met, and the business operates smoothly. You will also support travel regulation compliance in Europe and Asia, helping to protect the company’s ability to operate in regulated travel markets.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent related professional experience
  • Prior experience at a top regional or national law firm, or in an in-house legal environment

Responsibilities

  • Support all actions for the maintenance of Expedia Group legal entities globally
  • Collaborate with local counsel and internal teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of legal entities
  • Maintain corporate records, information, and company file organization through our electronic entity and document management system
  • Build and sustain working relationships with internal functional groups, including Tax, Accounting, Finance, HR, and Treasury
  • Partner closely with team members on administrative and project-based tasks
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and assignments as needed
