Requirements

  • Carry out routine support tasks using legal systems and protocols.
  • Conduct case investigation and draft legal documents.
  • Analyze options for legal issues.
  • Prepare pleadings.
  • Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
  • Conduct legal research to support legal teams.
  • Analyze and draft contracts.
  • Support others by carrying out a range of research activities.
  • Evaluate concrete facts of a special case.
  • Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing support and advice.
  • Prepare, manage and organize legal documents and files, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible.
  • Review legal documentation to assess compliance with agreed terms and operational imperatives.
  • Collaborate in the drafting of communications on legal updates that impact the Affiliate.
  • Address all Know Your Client (KYC) inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Help manage internal client relationships by carrying out simple procedural tasks.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
  • Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
