About The Position

The role includes drafting legal documents and filings for attorney review and approval, coordinating with the Probate Court, Secretary of State, and other administrative entities, communicating with clients and attorneys, maintaining and updating client files, and performing general paralegal duties. The salary depends on experience; the firm indicates a range of $85,000–$95,000 for a candidate with strong experience.

Requirements

At least 3 years of paralegal experience in probate, trust administration, and estate planning is preferred.
A paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is required.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding client service skills.
Excellent formatting, proofreading, and editing skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
