About The Position

Alliance Global Group LLC (AGG), a growing small Service-Disabled Veteran Owned business, provides Foreign Military Sales, administrative and program management, financial management, and litigation support. AGG is hiring a certified Paralegal with an active Secret security clearance for a full-time position in Crystal City, Virginia. The role supports the review and tracking of Direct Commercial Contracts and related financing documentation, and includes preparing monthly reports and spreadsheets.

Requirements

Active Secret security clearance.
Certified Paralegal.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Ability to identify and correct errors or weaknesses in submitted documentation.
Ability to provide detailed review of materials submitted by purchasing countries in relation to financing Direct Commercial Contracts.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Foreign Military Financing (FMF) regulations and guidelines pertaining to Direct Commercial Contracts (DCCs).
Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program guidelines.

Responsibilities

Review Industrial Cooperation Agreements.
Check agreements for assertions that the contractor is not debarred or suspended, that financing will not obligate the U.S. Government to fund unallowable costs, and that the U.S. Government will not be committed to approving export licenses.
For U.S. University contractors, check that there is an adequate University Agreement or other University communications about the procurement, including approval from DSCA and the Department of State.
Track Direct Commercial Contracts for status and/or completion.
Prepare monthly reports and Excel spreadsheets, including monthly calculations.
Request missing documentation as applicable.
Review materials submitted by purchasing countries in relation to financing Direct Commercial Contracts and identify and correct errors or weaknesses in submitted documentation.
