About The Position
Carr Allison is hiring a Paralegal for its Atlanta location. The position is eligible for remote work. The Paralegal will support attorneys and the litigation team with trial, hearing, and deposition preparation; legal drafting; case analysis and deadline management; court e-filing; and records and deposition summaries. Requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a litigation team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- High motivation.
Nice To Haves
- Three or more years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Draft legal documents, including subpoenas and pleadings.
- Assist with case analysis and meet applicable deadlines.
- E-file documents with State and Federal Courts.
- Summarize medical and billing records.
- Summarize depositions.
- Manage cases from inception to completion.
