About The Position
SHB's litigation practice is growing! We are seeking a Paralegal with experience in all phases of litigation including experience with large document production, discovery, interviewing of witnesses and experts, drafting pleadings and subpoenaing records to become a member of this winning practice group and join one of the fastest moving areas of the law. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate and two plus years of litigation experience OR no degree/certificate and six plus years of experience
- Experience in all phases of trial and trial preparation
- Experience with large document production
- Discovery
- Interviewing of witnesses and experts
- Drafting pleadings
- Subpoenaing records
Nice To Haves
- Large-scale multi-party litigation preferred
