About The Position
Winstead's Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group is seeking a paralegal with prior commercial real estate experience to work in the Houston office. Successful candidates will have a thorough understanding of reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, title policies and endorsements, and preparing related work product. This position requires a highly organized, self-motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high degree of professionalism, and enjoys a team-oriented working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience working for a law firm or title company on title and survey review
- Thorough understanding of reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, title policies and endorsements, and preparing related work product
- Highly organized, self-motivated individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Enjoys a team-oriented working environment

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies
