About The Position

InvestX, launched in 2014, is a late-stage venture fund currently investing out of Fund 5. The firm is backed by major financial institutions such as Jefferies, Virtu Financial, and Canaccord Genuity, and has been featured in numerous publications including CNBC, Forbes, and Bloomberg.The role is for a detail-oriented and highly responsive part-time (20 hours per week) Paralegal to support Canada and US legal and compliance operations. Requirements

Paralegal Certificate or equivalent legal training
3–6+ years’ experience in financial services, securities, or corporate law
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage a large workload volume, competing priorities and demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
