About The Position

McGuireWoods is seeking a motivated and bright eDiscovery Paralegal to join the Firm's Commercial Litigation practice group in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role requires a full-time, on-site presence at our Richmond eDiscovery center. Requirements

2-3 years of legal support experience, with eDiscovery experience highly preferred.
Experience with document review software, such as Relativity, DISCO, or Reveal, is strongly preferred.
Technical proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills, particularly regarding document management.
Highly detail-oriented with a professional approach to workflow execution.

Responsibilities

Assisting attorneys with large-scale document collection during discovery.
Assisting with large-scale document production and review through various platforms, i.e. Relativity.
Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on data using Excel, including creation of pivot tables.
Managing case files through document management systems.
