In this role, you will support attorneys and program staff by performing advanced legal and administrative work that helps ensure the division operates efficiently and effectively. This position is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and approving a variety of legal instruments for form and legality; providing litigation support; responding to legal‑related inquiries and complaints from the public; and maintaining essential law office operations. The Paralegal independently manages complex administrative tasks, including detailed projects or cases, compiling data for required reports, producing high‑quality written reports, and tracking deadlines to ensure timely completion. You may present findings with preliminary legal analysis, subject to attorney review. This position requires excellent judgment, initiative, tact, and discretion, especially when handling technical or confidential matters. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. The Paralegal works under the supervision of the Director and Assistant Director of Regulatory Affairs, with performance evaluated through observation, conferences, and the quality and effectiveness of completed work. If you are a motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment and values meaningful public service, we encourage you to apply.
