About The Position

Physitrack is a London-listed health tech group experiencing rapid scaling. Our platforms, Physitrack and Champion Health, are utilized by over 150,000 clinicians and reach more than a million patients and employees across 35+ countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a global, listed health tech business at a pivotal growth stage and contribute to shaping its legal function. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for incoming legal matters, supporting the entire Physitrack Group. Responsibilities include triaging requests, utilizing AI legal tools, handling matters independently, and escalating complex issues to the Head of Legal. The role involves drafting contracts, supporting employment law matters, and gradually taking ownership of routine commercial and people-related legal work. This position provides direct collaboration with the Head of Legal, offering exposure to various business areas including commercial, corporate, data protection, regulatory, IP, employment, and disputes.

  • Excellent judgment about what to handle and what to escalate.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar workflow tools.
  • Exposure to SaaS, digital health, or listed company work.
  • Prior use of AI legal tools.

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming legal requests in ClickUp and route them appropriately, whether for resolution by AI, by you, or by the Head of Legal.
  • Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts (NDAs, DPAs, vendor agreements, order forms, amendments).
  • Support employment matters, including employment contracts, offer letters, bonus letters, variations, references, and day-to-day employee queries.
  • Maintain contract records, signature workflows, and the legal knowledge base.
  • Assist in building, testing, and improving AI-powered legal workflows.
