About The Position
Indiana Legal Services, Inc. (ILS) is seeking a Full Time Paralegal for its Consumer Advocacy Project in the Indianapolis office. This role supports a special partnership with Center for Working Families community centers to address legal barriers for individuals receiving financial coaching, aiming to improve their financial stability. The paralegal will be involved in client intake, drafting legal documents and correspondence, managing cases under attorney supervision, assisting with annual project reports, and collaborating with project partners.
Requirements
- Dedicated to the mission of Indiana Legal Services
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and able to quickly learn new software
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
