About The Position

Tennr is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its legal team at a pivotal stage of growth. As the first paralegal hire, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with Tennr’s attorneys across the full spectrum of legal operations in a high-growth health-tech environment, with a primary focus on commercial contracts. The Paralegal will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS subscriptions, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements. This role manages the contract lifecycle end-to-end, maintains the contract repository, and develops internal legal resources such as playbooks and compliance guides. The position also supports corporate governance, procurement, and compliance tracking, including HIPAA-related obligations. This is an opportunity to help build scalable legal processes and resources that enable Tennr’s mission to reduce patient delays and improve healthcare access nationwide.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a paralegal or contracts specialist role.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Legal writing expertise.
• Familiarity with contract management tools.
• A proactive approach and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
