About The Position

A Las Vegas-based law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Probate, Trusts & Estates practice. The role involves preparing legal documents for attorney review and approval, working with the Probate Court, the Secretary of State, and other administrative entities, communicating with clients and attorneys, and maintaining client files and records. The paralegal will also handle follow-up and general duties within the practice area. A paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is required. At least three years of paralegal experience in probate, trust administration, and estate planning is preferred. The position offers a salary range of $85,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

A paralegal certificate or equivalent experience is required.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding client service skills.
Excellent formatting, proofreading, and editing skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Nice To Haves

At least three years of paralegal experience in probate, trust administration, and estate planning is preferred.
Experience with document management systems.
Experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities
