We are excited to announce that we are hiring a Paralegal to support our Legal Department and growing portfolio of companies. In this role, you will work closely with the legal team to provide comprehensive support across corporate governance, real estate transactions, commercial leases, and title-related matters. You will play a key role in managing legal documentation, maintaining corporate and real estate records, coordinating regulatory filings, and supporting day-to-day legal operations. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of basic legal concepts, particularly contract law and real estate
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and appropriately escalate issues when necessary
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong proactive coordination skills, including schedule and task management for supervisors
  • Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and perform well under pressure
  • Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and independently when required
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a paralegal or legal support role
  • Corporate law training or hands-on experience required
  • Must be bondable to become a notary public

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Entity Pro is a plus
  • Experience with real estate law, property management, or title work is a plus
  • Paralegal degree or Certified Paralegal (CP) designation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and filing of formation documents
  • File annual and biennial corporate reports with various state agencies
  • Prepare and maintain corporate records, resolutions, and governance documents
  • Re-establish and improve standard form documents and maintain a well-organized document library
  • Process and maintain government requirement filings, including SAM (System for Award Management) documentation
  • Prepare contracts, commercial property leases, amendments, renewals, and purchasing contracts with strong attention to detail
  • Maintain detailed records and process management for various legal files and matters
  • Ensure proper organization, confidentiality, and accessibility of legal records
  • Maintain a three-day turnaround time for lease preparation where applicable
