About The Position

Its collaborative, mission-driven team provides high-quality legal representation and supports the growth and development of its attorneys. The Paralegal provides complex legal support to attorneys by managing caseloads, drafting legal documents, and coordinating discovery. The role calls for knowledge of legal procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently on complex matters under attorney supervision.

Requirements

1–3 years of paralegal experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and legal software, such as Lexis Nexis and Litify.

Responsibilities

Draft and review discovery requests, responses, and other legal filings, ensuring accuracy.
Manage multiple cases, organize case files, track deadlines, and coordinate with clients and other involved parties.
Lead discovery, including gathering client documents, reviewing and analyzing documents, and preparing draft discovery responses.
Conduct basic research using online tools to support attorney case strategies.
Communicate directly with clients about case progress, address concerns, and gather necessary information.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Create and oversee organizational systems that support attorneys and timely case management.
