About The Position
New Job Opportunity for Paralegals! Smart Staffing Group is seeking Paralegals to provide overall support to attorneys. This role involves conducting research to support legal proceedings, assisting with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents, investigating facts to support the negotiation of legal disputes, and monitoring/ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The position also requires recording and storing client information.
Requirements
- Paralegal Certification
- Enjoy extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers.
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, and be willing to be part of a team culture that requires collaboration with fellow team members.
- Must have strong technical skills - typing, outlook, etc. (testing modules will be required)
- Must be polished & professional - this is a client facing role.
