About The Position
The Office of the Missouri Attorney General (Kansas City location) has an opening for a paralegal in its Civil Trials Section. This position involves working closely with excellent attorneys on a variety of cases in both state and federal court and providing litigation support in court. Duties include investigating and preparing cases for jury trials, including client contact, discovery issues, motions preparation, and trial participation in a busy office.
Requirements
- Paralegal degree or equivalent
