About The Position
Winstead's Austin office is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. This role requires prior experience in commercial real estate and/or real estate development. Familiarity with title and survey review is a plus. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned paralegal who thrives in a dynamic legal setting and is passionate about real estate law.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in a law firm
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in commercial real estate and/or real estate development
- Familiarity with title and survey review
- Bachelor's degree
- Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies
- Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation
