About The Position

The Paralegal will report to the Lead Counsel, Corporate & Enterprise and work closely with Rockefeller Capital Management’s Legal Department. The role provides support to attorneys on litigation matters, corporate legal matters, internal investigations, and regulatory inquiries. Rockefeller Capital Management is an independent financial advisory services firm established in 2018. The firm serves ultra- and high-net-worth individuals and families, institutions, and corporations from offices in 35 U.S. markets and London. It oversees $237 billion in client assets as of August 31, 2026.

Requirements

BS/BA degree.
At least 3 years of paralegal experience.
Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with Westlaw and PACER is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage corporate registrations for each of the firm’s legal entities.
Assist with corporate recordkeeping, including gathering signatures on corporate contracts and saving fully executed contracts in applicable files.
Populate basic form documents, such as non-disclosure agreements and promissory notes, for attorney review.
Assist with discovery, including retrieving, reviewing, and producing documents.
Update and maintain litigation, corporate, and third-party subpoena files.
Conduct legal research and review case-related documents, including federal and state court dockets.
Assist attorneys with administrative matters.
Assist in preparing and regularly maintaining the corporate structure chart and firmwide signing authorities.
