About The Position

Thomas J. Henry Law is seeking highly motivated Paralegals with plaintiff personal injury experience. The position has a starting salary of $54,700 annually, with the possibility of a higher starting salary based on experience and salary growth potential. Paralegals work in a structured team environment and support litigation, depositions, trials, records management, and case deadlines. Multiple positions are available in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. The role is onsite.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a structured team environment.
• Experience in litigation.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Previous law office experience.
• Customer service background.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Experience with a variety of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with litigation matters.
• Assist with and attend trials.
• Assist with preparation for depositions, including expert depositions.
• Obtain and maintain medical and billing records.
• Maintain a high-volume calendar and litigation deadlines.
