About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support an established litigation attorney in the Cincinnati office. The position is the primary and sole paralegal in that location, independently managing cases while collaborating closely with the assigned attorney and the firmwide litigation team. The role is suited to an organized professional with strong personal injury and litigation experience who is comfortable working autonomously and being accountable for case ownership. The paralegal manages a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution; reviews and summarizes medical records; investigates insurance coverage; prepares damage and disbursement summaries; and assists with discovery, subpoenas, deadlines, settlement documentation, lien and subrogation resolution, and trial preparation as needed. The role also includes client communication, case reporting, coordination with courts and other parties, file and mail management, payment coordination, and meeting performance and productivity goals. The position operates in a professional office environment during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. It involves extended periods of computer work and minimal noise exposure. The paralegal will work closely with an experienced litigation attorney and contribute to a growing office location.
