Requirements

Bachelor degree or Paralegal Certification is required
Three to five years legal experience in a probate, estate planning or business transactional practice
Extensive experience in electronic document management and database management
Knowledge of probate court process, procedures and rules
Ability to prioritize and manage a large work volume in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and employees at all levels of the firm
Team member who participates in shared office duties and requirements
Stable employment history
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook and other legal software applications)
