Charleston based law firm is seeking highly motivated candidates for an extremely fast paced real estate law firm. We are looking to hire a talented person who is precise, detail oriented, and highly organized. Working knowledge of SoftPro is desired; however, candidates with a proven ability to learn quickly will not be overlooked. We require candidates who embrace a challenge and want to work.

Responsibilities

• Complete files after closing to clear title by searching mortgages, lien releases, and other encumbrances and follow through to solve, process, and resolve the issue.
• Prepare documents for recording while watching for inaccuracies.
