About The Position

Paralegal, Partner Contracts provides legal and operational support to the Partner Contracts team by assisting with contract intake, document preparation, contract lifecycle administration, and compliance-related documentation. This role will report directly to the Director, Partner Contracts and will maintain an indirect reporting relationship with the Sr. Manager, Legal Transactions Support and will work closely with Partner Operations, business leads, and internal stakeholders to ensure partner agreements are processed accurately, timely, and in alignment with internal guidelines and client requirements. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume contracting environment. Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a legal or contract role required.
  • Experience supporting contracts, legal workflows, or document management in a corporate or law firm environment.
  • Paralegal certificate from a California ABA-approved program required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and standard contractual provisions required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with employment agreements, corporate transactions, or healthcare-related contracts preferred.
  • Experience using contract management systems, document repositories, or workflow tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the intake, routing, and tracking of partner contracts and related requests through internal contract queues and workflows.
  • Assist with the preparation, formatting, editing, and processing of partner contracts, amendments, templates, and standard forms.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across contract documentation using approved templates and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate with other legal team members, Partner Operations, and internal business partners to obtain required information, supporting documentation, and approvals.
  • Assist with managing document flow and maintaining organized electronic contract records.
  • Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake through execution under the direction of department leadership and corporate counsel.
  • Track Key contract milestones, deadlines, and renewal dates to ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
  • Assist with reviewing partner-provided documentation (e.g., third-party information, compliance materials) to ensure completeness prior to contract processing.
  • Help maintain accurate partner contract records in contract management and document repository systems.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the legal team, as needed.
  • Assist with routine correspondence and responses related to contract intake, status updates, and documentation requests.
  • Support process improvements related to contract workflows, queue management, and document organization.
  • Assist with corporate governance, compliance-related filings and tracking, and licensing, as applicable.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
