The Paralegal/Administrative Assistant role offers a unique blend of paralegal and administrative responsibilities, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team in a professional, service-oriented environment. As the Paralegal/Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Legal and Real Estate teams. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of legal and clerical tasks, including but not limited to assisting with drafting corporate documents, maintaining corporate books and records, litigation management, document and file management, real property tracking, transactional assistance, insurance claim management, regulatory and licensing obligations, and initial contract reviews with critical date tracking. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Legal and Real Estate departments. Your administrative duties will involve managing calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and other office administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools
  • Ability to engage in critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or legal department
