About The Position

Allego is a rapidly growing SaaS technology company in the Boston area and creator of a market-leading Revenue Enablement Platform. The Contract Manager/Paralegal is a hybrid role with three primary areas of responsibility: operational procurement and contracting, commercial sales acceleration, and corporate governance. Reporting to the General Counsel, this person works across company departments to ensure third-party tools are properly procured and securely provisioned under acceptable contract terms. In collaboration with sales and deal-desk teams, the role helps close customer deals efficiently while protecting the company from appropriate risks. The position also supports the General Counsel, Finance, and Administration teams in maintaining corporate entities and records. The role manages vendor procurement and inbound agreements; reviews and negotiates customer SaaS agreements, order forms, DPAs, SCCs, and NDAs; and handles corporate entity management, filings, board materials, and due-diligence archives. The successful candidate will be comfortable switching among procurement, SaaS sales support, and executive and board relations.
