About The Position

This job provides comprehensive paralegal support for contract management, documentation, and contract redlining within established legal frameworks and systems. It requires independent execution of contract review and redlining processes while maintaining compliance and confidentiality standards. The position also encompasses coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate legal document workflows and research activities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing contract documentation and legal records through established systems while maintaining confidentiality and compliance requirements
  • Review and redline high-volume Multi-Dwelling Units and Telecommunications agreements, including bulk service, access, and right-of-entry contracts, ensuring consistency with company templates, business standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating document production and discovery responses by organizing materials according to established protocols and legal requirements
  • Preparing detailed summaries of contracts and legal documents while identifying key terms and conditions for attorney review
  • Manage a high-volume contract pipeline by prioritizing sales requests, resolving non-standard terms, and driving timely execution while balancing business objectives with risk mitigation
  • Processing incoming legal notices and coordinating responses with appropriate internal stakeholders according to established timelines
  • Drafting routine legal correspondence and basic contract modifications using approved templates and standardized language
  • Supporting contract compliance monitoring by tracking key dates and obligations while escalating potential issues to legal counsel
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
