This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students as a PRN Para Educator at Perimeter Behavioral Health. This is an on-call/substitute position designed to provide coverage based on facility and classroom needs. The PRN Para Educator may be called upon to work on short notice to cover staff absences, increased classroom needs, or other operational needs. Scheduling and hours may vary and are not guaranteed. This position may require availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, and/or other shifts based on facility needs. The PRN Para Educator works closely with teachers and the interdisciplinary treatment team to support students with academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and daily living needs. This position assists with classroom instruction, reinforces individualized education and behavior plans, provides supervision and support, and helps maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic learning environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, patient, compassionate, and comfortable working with students who may experience emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.
