The Paper Plant Group Leader is responsible for overseeing operations, supporting staff, and ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Three years’ experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of fractions and basic math skills
• Mechanical and leadership aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Able to perform all duties of a Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and keep production running in an efficient manner, ensuring orders are executed on time and accurately.
• Provide general assistance to production team, assisting and training machine operators as needed and helping with set-up.
• Help set production schedule and maintain quality of products to meet Provisur standards.
• Check inventory of repairs, supplies and finished goods.
• Assist Paper Plant Supervisor with the completion of annual personnel performance reviews.
• Troubleshoot equipment performance problems and perform routine maintenance on all production equipment.
• Perform additional recordkeeping and production related duties specific to the role.
