About The Position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paper Machine Superintendent/Supervisor in the Niagara Falls, NY area. This role will lead the daily paper machine operations ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency are met. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field a must.
5–8+ years of progressive experience in paper manufacturing industry
Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and production teams
Strong technical understanding of paper machine operations
Demonstrated ability to drive results and continuous improvement
Experience in a Assistant Superintendent, Process Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Asset Supervisor, or Production Plant Supervisor
Exposure to reliability programs or manufacturing excellence systems

Responsibilities

Drive execution of daily management systems, including structured shift handovers and production reviews.
Monitor performance, identify losses, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop frontline supervisors and hourly employees to build capability and accountability.
Champion a strong safety culture through visible leadership, audits, and incident investigations.
Partner closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve reliability and process performance.
