Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems and technology platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home medical equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of PAP/CPAP/BIPAP equipment and related insurance requirements preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the PAP team by interviewing, hiring, coaching, evaluating, and motivating team members.
  • Coordinate PAP and related supply order intake, insurance processing, and compliance activities.
  • Ensure Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer PAP compliance requirements are followed and documented accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with billing and clinical teams to ensure reimbursement requirements are met.
  • Monitor and support PAP supply replenishment outreach opportunities to improve patient service and operational success.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Partner with senior leadership to help achieve company goals and operational objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and evolving healthcare regulations impacting PAP services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with issue resolution and patient support.
