Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems and technology platforms.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in home medical equipment preferred.
Knowledge of PAP/CPAP/BIPAP equipment and related insurance requirements preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the PAP team by interviewing, hiring, coaching, evaluating, and motivating team members.
Coordinate PAP and related supply order intake, insurance processing, and compliance activities.
Ensure Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer PAP compliance requirements are followed and documented accurately.
Collaborate closely with billing and clinical teams to ensure reimbursement requirements are met.
Monitor and support PAP supply replenishment outreach opportunities to improve patient service and operational success.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Partner with senior leadership to help achieve company goals and operational objectives.
Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and evolving healthcare regulations impacting PAP services.
Provide exceptional customer service while assisting with issue resolution and patient support.
