About The Position

This position is for a full-time Pantry Coordinator at Restaurant Associates, a leading provider of dining and event catering. The role involves managing food and beverage distribution from the pantry, maintaining product inventory and offerings, and other related duties. Requirements

  • Previous hospitality experience is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
  • The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
  • The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
  • Maintains and performs product inventory.
  • Understands menu offerings.
  • Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
  • Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
