PANTRY COORDINATOR (FULL TIME)

This role is responsible for food/beverage distribution from the pantry, pantry product inventory and offerings, and other related duties. Canteen brings break time to everyone. Requirements
- Previous 2 years of food service and hospitality experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain designated office pantry locations at appropriate inventory levels, ensuring beverages, snacks, coffee products, condiments, and supplies are consistently stocked and organized.
- Receive incoming products, verify orders for accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and inspect items for quality and expiration dates.
- Properly handle perishable products, maintain required refrigeration, and rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to preserve freshness and minimize waste.
- Establish and maintain appropriate par levels, track product usage, and order replacement inventory to ensure adequate supplies while maximizing product rotation.
- Keep pantry and storage areas clean and organized while performing routine cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance on coffee and water equipment and reporting equipment requiring additional repair.
- Ensures all food or beverage is distributed from pantry in a timely fashion.
- Maintains and performs product inventory.
- Understands menu offerings.
- Creates, modifies, or closes individual sale checks via electronic tablet.
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
