You play a key role in food quality, inventory accuracy, and kitchen efficiency, helping ensure residents receive safe, consistent meals.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing food products
• Maintain proper inventory levels and support food cost control
• Follow approved vendor and purchasing guidelines
• Monitor food quality and freshness; return poor-quality items
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation
• Maintain HACCP records and temperature logs
• Review invoices and ensure deliveries are documented accurately
• Support food safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance
