About The Position

Maze is seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven contractor to join their Panel Operations team. This role focuses on executing participant recruitment orders by managing and placing orders across a network of panel vendors. The goal is to ensure studies are set up accurately, launched on time, and filled to target. This operational execution role is ideal for individuals with experience in recruitment operations or data entry, who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior research experience is considered a significant advantage.

Requirements

  • Coordination experience: managed multiple moving pieces, tasks, or workflows simultaneously and kept things on track
  • Strong attention to detail: catch the small things before they become big problems
  • Process driven executor: follow established processes carefully, ask clarifying questions when needed, and deliver consistently
  • Fluent in English: strong written communication is essential

Nice To Haves

  • Background in research, or research operations
  • Experience writing or reviewing screener questions
  • Familiarity with B2B audience targeting and quota-based study setups
  • Experience working in a fast pace environment

Responsibilities

  • Place and manage orders across panel vendors
  • Review and interpret customer requirements
  • Monitor order progress and fulfillment, flagging issues or delays proactively
  • Troubleshoot common fulfillment issues (e.g., low incidence, screener drop-off) and escalate when needed
  • Maintain accurate order records and documentation
  • Support quality checks on responses submitted by participants
