About The Position

Corle Building Systems is seeking a hardworking, dependable Panel Line Laborer for its second shift at the Imler, Pennsylvania location. The role supports production of pre-engineered metal building systems by operating panel line machines, inspecting panels, and helping maintain a safe, organized work area. The position is full-time and pays $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with a second-shift differential of $1.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor panel line machines to support consistent quality and production flow.
• Inspect panels for accuracy, finish, and defects, and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting and communicate mechanical or production issues to maintenance when necessary.
• Complete jobs accurately in the order they are received.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Be willing to operate a crane and forklift.
